We are seeking a skilled and experienced Performance Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance tests to ensure the scalability, stability, and responsiveness of our software applications and systems. You will play a crucial role in identifying performance bottlenecks and recommending solutions to optimize application performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop comprehensive performance test strategies, plans, and scripts.
Execute performance tests, including load, stress, endurance, and spike testing.
Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to understand application architecture and performance requirements.
Monitor application performance in production environments and troubleshoot performance-related issues.
Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools and methodologies.
Advocate for performance best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
