Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Personal Banker to manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients within the vibrant Indian film, music, and entertainment industry. You will be responsible for understanding client financial needs and offering tailored banking solutions to support their personal and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of affluent clients in the entertainment sector.
Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to provide personalized advice and solutions.
Offer a comprehensive range of banking products and services, including savings, current accounts, loans, credit facilities, investments, and wealth management solutions.
Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities to deepen client relationships and increase share of wallet.
Monitor client portfolios and market trends to provide timely recommendations and adjustments.
Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
Collaborate with internal specialists (e.g., investment advisors, loan officers) to deliver integrated financial solutions.
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
