Personal Banker

Role Summary:
As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing them with personalized banking solutions and exceptional customer service. You will act as their primary point of contact, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored advice and products to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of individual clients, understanding their financial objectives and risk appetite.
- Provide expert advice on a range of banking products and services, including savings accounts, current accounts, loans, mortgages, investments, and insurance.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant banking products to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess their financial situation, update their profiles, and ensure their continued satisfaction.
- Proactively manage client portfolios, monitoring market trends and economic conditions to offer timely recommendations.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless and positive banking experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., investment advisors, loan officers) to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Stay updated on new banking products, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
