Personal Banker - Corporate Accounts (Electronics/Semiconductors)

TechNova Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Banker to manage and grow our corporate banking relationships within the electronic components and semiconductor sector. This role is crucial in providing tailored financial solutions and exceptional service to our key corporate clients. You will be responsible for understanding the unique financial needs of companies in this dynamic industry, offering strategic advice, and facilitating a range of banking products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients in the electronics and semiconductor industry.
• Analyze clients' financial needs and provide expert advice on banking products, credit facilities, treasury services, and investment opportunities.
• Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant banking solutions.
• Monitor client portfolios, market trends, and economic conditions to ensure optimal service delivery and risk management.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit analysis, trade finance, investment banking) to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients.
• Strong understanding of financial products, credit analysis, and risk management principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the electronic components and semiconductor industry is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
