Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker with 1-2 years of experience and a Diploma to join our team in Jaipur. The Personal Banker will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing personalized banking services, and supporting sales efforts for our real estate projects. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to offer tailored financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their financial goals and banking needs.
- Provide comprehensive banking services, including account management, loan assistance, and investment advisory.
- Assist clients with inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution in a timely and efficient manner.
- Promote and sell banking products and services, including home loans and other real estate financing options.
- Conduct client meetings to assess their financial situation and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and company policies.
- Handle client complaints and escalations professionally.
