Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Personal Injury professional to join our Chandigarh team. This role is crucial for managing and processing personal injury claims within our corporate legal support services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of personal injury law and claims handling, coupled with excellent communication and organizational skills. This position is suitable for individuals with 3-5 years of experience and a Master of Arts degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and evaluate personal injury claims, gathering all necessary documentation and evidence.
- Communicate effectively with clients, legal professionals, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
- Assess liability and damages, determining appropriate settlement values.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claim-related activities.
- Negotiate settlements within established guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the claims process.
- Collaborate with internal legal teams to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
