Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Injury Associate. This role will primarily focus on assisting with the administrative and preliminary aspects of personal injury claims within our corporate framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail, suitable for someone with 0-2 years of experience and a B.Com degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the initial assessment and documentation of personal injury incidents reported by employees or associated parties.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all personal injury-related documentation, including incident reports, medical expenses, and insurance claims.
- Support the legal and HR departments in gathering necessary financial and personal information for claim processing.
- Liaise with insurance providers and external legal counsel as directed, ensuring timely communication.
- Prepare basic financial summaries and reports related to claim expenditures.
- Conduct preliminary research on relevant legal and insurance guidelines pertaining to personal injury claims.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all aspects of the role.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, correspondence, and other tasks as assigned.
