Personal Injury Claims Manager (Sports & Recreation)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Claims Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of personal injury claims arising from our sports and recreation activities across India. This role is crucial for ensuring prompt, fair, and efficient resolution of claims, protecting the company's interests while upholding our commitment to participant safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Investigate and assess the validity of personal injury claims related to sporting events, facilities, and programs managed by SportzVillage.

Manage the entire claims process from initial reporting to final settlement, ensuring adherence to legal and company policies.

Liaise with legal counsel, insurance providers, medical professionals, and other relevant parties to gather information and negotiate settlements.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims, investigations, and communications.

Develop and implement strategies to mitigate future personal injury risks and improve safety protocols.

Provide regular reports to senior management on claims status, trends, and risk management initiatives.

Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian laws and regulations pertaining to personal injury and insurance.
