Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Claims Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be crucial in managing and processing claims related to workplace accidents and product liability within our industrial automation operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal procedures and a proactive approach to ensuring fair and efficient resolution of claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and assess the validity of personal injury claims arising from incidents at our manufacturing facilities or related to our products.
- Gather and review all relevant documentation, including incident reports, medical records, witness statements, and insurance policies.
- Communicate effectively with claimants, legal representatives, insurance adjusters, and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiate settlements and manage claim files from initiation to closure.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian laws and regulations pertaining to personal injury and workers' compensation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claim activities.
- Identify trends and provide feedback to management for accident prevention and risk mitigation strategies.
- Stay abreast of changes in legislation and industry best practices.
