Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual with a B.Com background to join our team as a Personal Injury Analyst. This role is crucial in supporting our clients within the IT services and consulting sector by managing and analyzing data related to personal injury claims. You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, assisting in claim processing, and providing analytical support under the guidance of senior team members. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain exposure to specialized data analysis within the IT consulting domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, verify, and organize data pertaining to personal injury cases for IT-related incidents.
- Assist in the preliminary assessment and categorization of incoming personal injury claims.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal databases and claim management systems.
- Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and potential areas of concern.
- Support the legal and compliance teams by preparing reports and summaries as required.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for claim processing.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy and confidentiality protocols.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the personal injury data management workflow.
