Role Summary: The Personal Security Officer (PSO) will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of a senior executive within Sequoia Capital India. This role requires a high degree of discretion, professionalism, and vigilance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide close personal protection to the assigned executive.
- Conduct threat assessments and risk analysis for the executive's daily activities, travel, and residence.
- Develop and implement comprehensive security plans, including route planning, venue security, and emergency response protocols.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and security agencies as needed.
- Maintain a high level of situational awareness at all times.
- Ensure the executive's safety during business meetings, travel, and public appearances.
- Manage and maintain security equipment and communication devices.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all sensitive information.
