Personal Security Officer (PSO)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly vigilant and experienced Personal Security Officer (PSO) to ensure the safety and security of our senior management personnel. The PSO will be responsible for providing close protection, threat assessment, and emergency response, maintaining a secure environment for the executive and their family. This role requires utmost discretion, professionalism, and a proactive approach to security.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide close personal protection to the assigned executive and their family.
- Conduct advance security surveys of venues and travel routes.
- Develop and implement security protocols and contingency plans.
- Monitor and assess potential threats and risks.
- Maintain a high level of situational awareness at all times.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and security agencies when necessary.
- Ensure the executive's safe and timely movement between locations.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and security incidents.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.
- Conduct background checks and surveillance as required.
- Manage and maintain security equipment and communication devices.
