Personal Security Officer (PSO) - BPO / Call Centre (3-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Security Officer (PSO) to ensure the safety and security of our executive staff and premises at our Chandigarh facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion. This role requires a postgraduate education and 3-4 years of relevant experience in executive protection or security operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide close personal protection to designated executives, ensuring their safety during transit and at various locations.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement appropriate security measures to mitigate potential threats.
- Maintain a high level of vigilance, monitoring surroundings for any suspicious activities or individuals.
- Coordinate with internal security teams and external law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Develop and implement security protocols and emergency response plans.
- Manage access control and visitor screening processes.
- Maintain detailed logs of security-related incidents and activities.
- Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and executive movements.
- Conduct physical security surveys of facilities and identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Provide security awareness training to relevant personnel.
