Personal Security Officer (PSO) - Internet (3-4 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a vigilant and resourceful Personal Security Officer (PSO) with a unique blend of security expertise and design thinking to join our growing team in Chennai. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety and security of key personnel within our dynamic internet-focused organization. The ideal candidate will leverage their 3-4 years of experience and B.Des education to proactively identify risks, implement security protocols, and contribute to a secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough risk assessments and threat analyses for assigned individuals and locations, considering potential vulnerabilities within the tech industry landscape.

Develop and implement comprehensive personal security plans, including travel security, event security, and daily routine security protocols.

Provide close protection services, ensuring the physical safety and security of principals at all times.

Monitor surveillance systems and intelligence reports to anticipate and mitigate potential threats.

Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other security personnel as needed.

Utilize a B.Des perspective to design and implement user-friendly security awareness training and communication materials for employees.

Maintain a high level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.

Contribute to the development of security-related infrastructure and protocols, applying design principles for efficiency and effectiveness.
