We are seeking a highly vigilant and discreet Personal Security Officer (PSO) with a strong academic background to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will possess a Doctorate/PhD and 2-4 years of experience in executive protection or a related security field. This role is critical in safeguarding company executives and sensitive information within our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide close protection and security for designated company executives during domestic and international travel, and at company facilities.

Conduct thorough threat assessments and implement appropriate security protocols to mitigate risks.

Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's business, key personnel, and operational environments.

Coordinate with local law enforcement and other security agencies as needed.

Maintain a high level of situational awareness and respond effectively to emergencies.

Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all sensitive information encountered.

Conduct discreet surveillance and intelligence gathering relevant to executive safety.

Prepare detailed reports on security activities, incidents, and recommendations.
