Job Description
Role Summary: As a Personal Shopper for ITC Limited's corporate office, you will be responsible for curating and procuring high-quality food products and gourmet items for executive needs, client gifting, and internal events. You will leverage your expertise in food trends, sourcing, and personalized service to ensure exceptional quality and timely delivery. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the food processing industry and premium food products available in the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and anticipate the personal preferences and requirements of executives and clients.
- Source and select premium food products, ingredients, and gourmet items from a variety of suppliers, ensuring adherence to quality standards and dietary restrictions.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local producers within the food processing and specialty food sectors.
- Manage inventory, track orders, and ensure timely delivery of procured items for corporate needs, events, and gifts.
- Research emerging food trends, new product launches, and seasonal offerings within the Indian food market.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Executive Assistants, Event Planners) to fulfill specific requests.
- Maintain a budget and provide detailed reports on expenditures.
- Ensure all procured items meet ITC's quality and ethical sourcing standards.
- Provide personalized recommendations and style advice on food pairings and presentation.
