Personal Shopper

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and discerning Personal Shopper to assist our senior executives within the Indian railway industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and fulfilling personal shopping requests, ensuring timely procurement of high-quality goods and services, and maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of luxury and everyday needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and anticipate the personal shopping needs of senior executives, including clothing, accessories, gifts, and other personal items.

Research and identify the best products and vendors, both online and in physical stores, within India and internationally.

Manage the entire procurement process, from sourcing and selection to negotiation, purchase, and delivery.

Ensure timely delivery of all purchased items, coordinating with logistics and courier services as needed.

Maintain detailed records of purchases, expenses, and vendor information.

Handle returns, exchanges, and alterations efficiently.

Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all personal matters and purchases.

Build and maintain relationships with a network of trusted retailers, designers, and service providers.

Stay updated on current fashion trends, lifestyle products, and gifting ideas relevant to the corporate environment.
