Personal Shopper

Role Summary:
Technicolor India is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Shopper to assist senior executives and key personnel with their personal shopping needs. This role requires discretion, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of fashion trends and luxury goods. The Personal Shopper will be responsible for managing shopping requests, sourcing items, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and fulfill personal shopping requests from executives and designated staff.
- Research and source a wide range of products, including apparel, accessories, gifts, and home goods, adhering to specified budgets and preferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with a network of retailers, designers, and personal shopping services.
- Attend fashion shows, trade events, and store openings to stay abreast of the latest trends and new collections.
- Provide style consultations and outfit recommendations based on client needs and upcoming events.
- Manage all aspects of the purchasing process, including order placement, payment processing, and returns.
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping partners to ensure timely and secure delivery of items.
- Maintain detailed records of purchases, client preferences, and spending.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to manage schedules and appointments related to shopping.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all clients.
