Role Summary:
As a Personal Shopper for Hidesign, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional and personalized shopping experience to our esteemed clientele, both in-store and potentially remotely. You will act as a brand ambassador, understanding individual client needs and preferences to curate the perfect leather accessories that align with their style and Hidesign's brand ethos. This role requires a deep understanding of fashion, leather goods, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their personal style, needs, and budget.
- Provide expert advice on Hidesign's product range, including materials, craftsmanship, and styling options.
- Curate personalized selections of leather goods (bags, wallets, belts, etc.) based on client profiles.
- Assist clients with fitting and selection, ensuring satisfaction with their purchases.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and Hidesign's new collections.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets and enhance the customer experience.
