Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our dynamic Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology team. This role will involve contributing to key strategic initiatives, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation and operational excellence within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape and a proven ability to manage complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage cross-functional project teams for new product development, process improvement, or strategic initiatives.
Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and regulatory affairs departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Prepare and present project updates, reports, and recommendations to senior management.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology domain.
