Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology team as a Junior Technician. This role is ideal for someone who has completed their 12th grade and is eager to gain practical experience in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment. You will be involved in various operational and support tasks within our manufacturing and laboratory facilities, contributing to the smooth functioning of our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the operation and maintenance of basic laboratory equipment and machinery under supervision.
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of work areas, equipment, and glassware according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support in the preparation of materials and solutions for experiments and production processes.
- Accurately record data and observations in logbooks and batch records.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in basic quality control checks and material handling.
- Assist senior technicians and scientists with day-to-day tasks.
- Learn and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
