Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Surat. This role is crucial for managing and executing specific aspects of events related to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, ensuring compliance, scientific accuracy, and engaging content delivery. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Pharma background to contribute to the success of our clients' events in this specialized field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries to understand their event objectives and requirements.
- Develop and manage event content, ensuring scientific accuracy and relevance for target audiences.
- Oversee the logistical planning and execution of event components related to pharmaceutical product launches, scientific conferences, or biotech symposiums.
- Ensure all event activities comply with relevant industry regulations and ethical guidelines.
- Liaise with scientific speakers, exhibitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials and communication strategies for pharmaceutical and biotechnology events.
- Provide on-site support during events, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Conduct post-event analysis, gathering feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
