We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology - Other at our Guwahati facility. This role is crucial for supporting our operational and quality assurance functions within the beverage industry, leveraging principles and practices often found in related sectors. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience and a BBA/BBM degree, bringing a fresh perspective to our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the management and tracking of raw materials, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Support the implementation and monitoring of quality control procedures across production lines.

Coordinate with different departments (e.g., Production, R&D, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth operational flow and adherence to schedules.

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to quality assurance and operational activities.

Participate in internal audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems.

Conduct market research and analysis relevant to new product development or process optimization.

Manage project timelines and resources for specific operational initiatives.
