Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology - Other professional. This role focuses on supporting various operational and research-related activities within our Electrical Equipment division, leveraging an understanding of basic pharmaceutical and biotechnological principles. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree, with a keen interest in applying their knowledge in a dynamic industrial setting. This position is based in Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of quality control processes for raw materials and finished goods, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards.
- Support research and development initiatives by gathering data, conducting literature reviews, and preparing reports on new materials or technologies relevant to electrical components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and quality assurance, to address challenges and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all assigned tasks, ensuring traceability and compliance.
- Participate in troubleshooting activities related to product performance and manufacturing issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in materials science and electrical engineering that may intersect with biotechnological applications.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental guidelines in all work activities.
