Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional with an LLM degree to join our team as a Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology - Other specialist. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of experience looking to contribute to the innovative landscape of agrochemicals and sustainable agriculture. You will be instrumental in navigating the complex regulatory and intellectual property aspects within our R&D and product development divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret scientific and technical documents related to pharmaceutical and biotechnological research within the agrochemical sector.
Assist in the drafting, filing, and prosecution of intellectual property (IP) applications, including patents and trademarks, for novel agrochemical compounds and biotechnological processes.
Conduct legal research on regulatory compliance, product registration, and international trade laws pertaining to agrochemicals and biopesticides.
Support the legal team in contract review, negotiation, and management for R&D collaborations, licensing agreements, and supply chain partnerships.
Analyze patent landscapes and freedom-to-operate issues for new product development projects.
Ensure adherence to all relevant national and international legal and ethical standards in research and development activities.
