Role Summary:

You will be instrumental in ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of our cosmetic and personal care products, bridging the gap between pharmaceutical standards and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the quality control and assurance processes for cosmetic and personal care products.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Indian regulatory standards (e.g., Drugs and Cosmetics Act, BIS standards for cosmetics).
- Support the formulation and development teams by providing insights on ingredient safety and efficacy from a pharmaceutical perspective.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring proper storage and handling conditions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including batch records and quality reports.
- Conduct market research on emerging trends in personal care ingredients and product safety.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide product information and support.
- Participate in internal audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of quality systems.
- Handle customer inquiries related to product safety and composition.
