Pharmacist (MBA/PGDM Required) - Vijayawada

You will be responsible for managing pharmaceutical-related compliance, vendor management, and supporting health and wellness initiatives for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.

Manage relationships and contracts with pharmaceutical vendors and service providers.

Assist in the development and implementation of employee health and wellness programs.

Analyze pharmaceutical expenditure and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Prepare reports on pharmaceutical inventory, usage, and compliance.

Collaborate with HR and other departments on health-related employee benefits and policies.
