Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pharmacy Analyst to join our team. The Pharmacy Analyst will be responsible for analyzing pharmacy data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making in our healthcare and life sciences operations. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical processes, data analysis techniques, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze prescription data, drug utilization patterns, and patient adherence to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key pharmacy metrics and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to understand clinical needs and translate them into data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct research on new pharmaceutical products, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities within pharmacy operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.
- Prepare presentations and communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
