Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Pharmacy Analyst with 3-5 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our Investment Banking team in Surat. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of the pharmaceutical sector and financial markets to support our investment research and deal execution activities. This role requires a strong analytical bent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and preparing comprehensive reports for our clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis of the pharmaceutical industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environments.
Analyze financial statements and build financial models for pharmaceutical companies to assess their valuation and investment potential.
Support the deal team in evaluating potential investment opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
Perform due diligence on target companies, including commercial, financial, and operational assessments.
Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation for client meetings and internal investment committee reviews.
Monitor the performance of existing portfolio companies and identify areas for value creation.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry and relevant financial markets.
