Phone Banking Officer (0-2 Yrs Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, addressing client inquiries regarding account information, transaction history, and service-related issues.

Provide accurate information about banking products, services, and promotional offers.

Assist clients with basic troubleshooting and guide them through online banking platforms and mobile applications.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Escalate complex issues to senior staff or relevant departments when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
