Phone Banking Officer

Role Summary:
As a Phone Banking Officer at Sona BLW Precision Forgings Limited, you will be the primary point of contact for our employees regarding their banking-related queries and services. You will facilitate seamless banking operations and provide excellent customer service to ensure the financial well-being of our workforce. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for all employee banking inquiries via phone and email.
• Assist employees with account opening, closing, and modifications.
• Provide information and guidance on various banking products and services offered through our corporate tie-ups.
• Help resolve issues related to salary credits, bank statements, and other transactional queries.
• Liaise with banking partners to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and company policies.
• Educate employees on digital banking platforms and best practices.
