Phone Banking Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Phone Banking Officer to join our finance department. The ideal candidate will manage financial transactions, assist clients with banking inquiries, and ensure the smooth operation of our banking services. This role involves close collaboration with our sales and procurement teams to facilitate payments and manage accounts receivable and payable.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls related to banking and financial queries.
2. Process payments, deposits, and withdrawals accurately.
3. Manage client accounts and provide information on account status.
4. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
5. Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
6. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
