Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Phone Banking Officer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of banking operations, with a focus on serving clients within the railway sector. This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing information on banking products and services, and resolving issues efficiently over the phone. A graduate degree in any discipline is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers, addressing queries related to banking products, services, and account information.
Provide information and guidance on various banking services, including account opening, loan products, and investment options relevant to the railway sector employees and associated businesses.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Adhere to all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell banking products and services based on customer needs.
Contribute to team goals and objectives by achieving performance metrics and quality standards.
