We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer to capture high-quality images of our real estate properties, including residential projects, commercial spaces, and amenities. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of lighting and composition, and the ability to translate architectural features and lifestyle concepts into compelling visuals. This role is crucial for our marketing and sales efforts, requiring the creation of stunning imagery for brochures, websites, social media, and other promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-resolution photographs of interior and exterior property spaces, highlighting architectural design, finishes, and unique selling points.
• Stage and photograph model apartments, common areas, and landscaping to showcase lifestyle and amenities.
• Utilize appropriate lighting techniques, including natural and artificial lighting, to enhance the visual appeal of properties.
