Physical Design / Layout Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Design / Layout Engineer to join our advanced manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the physical design and layout of our production facilities, optimizing workflow, and ensuring efficient space utilization. This role involves close collaboration with process engineers, operations, and supply chain management to implement layouts that enhance productivity, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize plant layouts and material flow for new and existing production lines.
- Utilize CAD software for creating detailed floor plans, equipment placement, and utility routing.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for layout modifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new equipment and processes into the existing layout.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose layout-driven solutions.
- Manage layout documentation and revisions.
