Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physics Teacher to join our organization, focusing on enhancing the scientific understanding and application of physics principles among our workforce. This role is crucial for fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within our engineering and technical teams, particularly as we advance in areas like electric vehicle technology and advanced manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging physics curriculum tailored to the needs of automotive component engineers and technicians.
- Explain complex physics concepts related to mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, and materials science as they apply to automotive engineering.
- Create and administer assessments to evaluate understanding and identify areas for further training.
- Incorporate practical examples and case studies from the auto components industry, including EV technology, into teaching.
- Facilitate interactive learning sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physics and their applications in the automotive sector.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to identify training needs and develop specialized physics modules.
