This role is ideal for individuals with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree who possess a strong foundational understanding of physics principles and a passion for teaching and knowledge dissemination.
Key Responsibilities:

- Create and administer assessments to evaluate student comprehension and progress in physics.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of complex physics concepts, relating them to practical applications within the petrochemical and plastics industry.
- Facilitate interactive learning sessions, encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physics and educational methodologies.
- Collaborate with other educators and HR personnel to ensure curriculum alignment and training effectiveness.
- Offer one-on-one tutoring and support to students requiring additional assistance.
