The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating physical conditions of employees, providing guidance on injury prevention, and supporting rehabilitation efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to diagnose musculoskeletal and other physical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history.
- Provide therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy.
- Educate employees on proper posture, ergonomics, and injury prevention techniques relevant to office-based work.
- Guide and support employees through rehabilitation processes following injuries or surgeries.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to promote employee wellness programs.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in physiotherapy.
- Conduct ergonomic assessments of workstations and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Organize and conduct health and wellness workshops for employees.
