Role Summary:
Bata India Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Physiotherapist to join our corporate wellness team. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating musculoskeletal issues and injuries among our employees, particularly those working in roles that may involve repetitive motions or prolonged standing within our manufacturing and retail environments. The goal is to enhance employee health, reduce workplace injuries, and improve overall productivity and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to diagnose musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, and movement dysfunctions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including exercise therapy, manual therapy, and electrotherapy.
- Educate employees on proper posture, ergonomics, and injury prevention techniques relevant to their work environment.
- Provide rehabilitation services for employees recovering from injuries or surgeries.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Collaborate with the HR and occupational health teams to address workplace health concerns.
- Conduct workshops and awareness programs on health and wellness topics.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy and occupational health.
