Physiotherapist (Doctorate/PhD Required) - Kolkata

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Physiotherapist with a Doctorate/PhD to join our corporate wellness team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive physiotherapy programs to support the health and well-being of our employees within the consumer electronics and appliances industry. This role requires a deep understanding of musculoskeletal health, ergonomic principles, and preventive care strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of employee health, focusing on musculoskeletal conditions, posture, and ergonomic risks relevant to office and manufacturing environments.

Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans and exercise programs to address pain, injury prevention, and performance enhancement.

Provide ergonomic consultations and recommendations for workstations and work processes to minimize physical strain and prevent work-related injuries.

Educate employees on health promotion, injury prevention, and self-management techniques through workshops, presentations, and one-on-one sessions.

Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate physiotherapy services into the overall corporate wellness strategy.

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting assessments, treatments, and progress.

Stay updated with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in physiotherapy and occupational health.
