Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. This role will focus on promoting employee well-being, preventing work-related musculoskeletal disorders, and providing rehabilitation services within our corporate environment, specifically tailored to the demands of the Electronic Components/Semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Design (M.Des) degree, bringing a unique perspective on human-centered design and ergonomic solutions to the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct ergonomic assessments of workstations and work processes within the semiconductor manufacturing and R&D environments.
Develop and implement tailored physiotherapy programs for employees experiencing pain or discomfort related to repetitive tasks, fine motor control, or prolonged static postures common in the industry.
Design and deliver workshops on posture correction, injury prevention, and ergonomic best practices, leveraging M.Des principles for user-centric solutions.
Provide individual physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation for work-related injuries.
Collaborate with HR, Occupational Health, and Design teams to integrate ergonomic considerations into workplace design and employee health initiatives.
Educate employees on the importance of physical well-being and provide guidance on self-management strategies.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy, ergonomics, and design thinking relevant to occupational health.
