Physiotherapist - Healthcare & Life Sciences (3-5 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and hold an M.Pharma degree, bringing a strong understanding of pharmaceutical sciences and their application in rehabilitation. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing physiotherapy programs to aid patients in recovery and improve their physical function. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to diagnose patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.

Administer various physiotherapy techniques and modalities, including exercise therapy, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and hydrotherapy.

Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures, home exercise programs, and preventative care strategies.

Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.

Maintain accurate and timely patient records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy and pharmaceutical sciences, incorporating evidence-based practices.

Supervise and guide junior physiotherapists and support staff.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and professional ethical standards.
