Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pilot to support various operational activities within our pharmaceutical manufacturing and research facilities. This role is crucial for the smooth functioning of pilot-scale operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the setup and operation of pilot-scale equipment for drug substance and drug product manufacturing.
* Conduct experiments and process trials under the guidance of senior scientists and engineers.
* Collect, record, and analyze process data accurately.
* Maintain detailed batch records and documentation in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
* Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of laboratory and pilot plant equipment.
* Support in the preparation of raw materials and intermediates.
* Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving for pilot-scale processes.
* Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Control, and Production.
