Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pilot - Other with 1-3 years of experience to join our operations team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Sc degree and possess a foundational understanding of operational processes within the beverage industry. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning and efficiency of our production and quality control activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of pilot plants and experimental setups.
- Monitor and record operational data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct basic quality control tests on raw materials and finished products as per established procedures.
- Support senior engineers and technicians in process optimization and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the laboratory and plant areas.
- Prepare reports on experimental results, operational performance, and quality checks.
- Participate in trials and new product development initiatives.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Contribute to process improvement suggestions.
