Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pilot - Other with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role is ideal for a recent Master of Arts graduate looking to gain practical experience in the automotive components industry. You will be involved in various operational and analytical tasks to support our production and quality control processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of pilot production runs for new or improved automotive components.
Collect and analyze data from pilot runs, identifying trends and potential issues.
Support quality control checks and documentation for pilot batches.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements.
Prepare reports and presentations on pilot run results and recommendations.
Maintain accurate records of experiments, materials, and observations.
Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
