We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pilot - Other with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and a passion for language development and educational research. This role involves supporting and executing pilot projects related to language learning initiatives, contributing to data collection, analysis, and reporting. You will play a crucial role in testing and refining new educational approaches and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and implementation of pilot studies for new language learning programs and materials.
Conduct field research and data collection activities, ensuring adherence to study protocols.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess the effectiveness of pilot interventions.
Prepare comprehensive reports on pilot project findings, including recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with researchers, educators, and project managers to ensure project success.
Contribute to the development of educational content and resources based on pilot outcomes.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
