Pipeline Control Center Operator - Animation & VFX (2-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pipeline Control Center Operator with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic Animation & VFX team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of production pipelines. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing our VFX and animation production workflows to ensure efficient and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the daily progress of animation and VFX projects, identifying bottlenecks and potential issues in the production pipeline.
- Track task status and resource allocation, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, and network infrastructure within the pipeline.
- Communicate effectively with artists, supervisors, and production management regarding pipeline status, issues, and resolutions.
- Implement and maintain pipeline tools and scripts to automate processes and improve efficiency.
- Generate reports on pipeline performance, project progress, and resource utilization.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members on pipeline workflows.
- Collaborate with the IT and engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Maintain documentation for pipeline processes and procedures.
