Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pipeline Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, and optimization of fluid and gas transport pipelines, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. This role is crucial for our ongoing projects involving the expansion and maintenance of our industrial infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review pipeline designs, including route selection, material specification, and hydraulic analysis.
- Perform stress analysis and integrity assessments for pipelines.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant national and international codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, IS codes).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, construction engineers, and safety officers.
- Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for pipeline projects.
- Utilize pipeline design software and simulation tools for analysis and optimization.
- Troubleshoot design issues and provide technical support during the construction and operational phases.
