Pipeline Design Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pipeline Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the conceptualization, design, and optimization of fluid and gas transportation pipelines, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. This role requires a strong understanding of fluid dynamics, material science, and relevant engineering software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed pipeline designs, including route selection, material specification, and hydraulic calculations.
- Perform stress analysis and integrity assessments for pipelines under various operating conditions.
- Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Caesar II, HYSYS) for design and simulation.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant national and international codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, construction engineers, and operations personnel.
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications for pipeline projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new pipeline projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during construction and operation phases.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in pipeline engineering technology and best practices.
