Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pipeline Design Engineer with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our growing team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing fluid transfer systems and pipelines for medical devices and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical sciences, fluid dynamics, and regulatory requirements within the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to design and develop new pipeline systems for medical devices and pharmaceutical production.

Perform calculations and simulations to ensure optimal fluid flow, pressure, and temperature within pipelines.

Select appropriate materials and components for pipelines based on chemical compatibility, regulatory standards, and operational requirements.

Develop detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and documentation for pipeline systems.

Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, GMP) for pipeline design and validation.

Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during development and manufacturing.

Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in pipeline design technologies and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
